We want you to be happy with your purchase at ViciousStyle.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of ship date. We will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

Returned items must be unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and in resellable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, soiled or altered. Items that are returned with funky odors (smoke, perfume, etc) or covered in pet hair are not resellable and are therefore non-returnable. Please do not let Fido use your purchase as a pet bed if you intend to return it to us.

Items that are returned that do not meet the guidelines above will be returned to you at your expense. Please allow up to two weeks for processing of your return or exchange.

Return Authorization Numbers

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Your Return Authorization number must be written prominently on the outside of your return shipment. Packages received by ViciousStyle.com that do not have a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.
